Returns & Cancellation Policy

Products are returnable under the following:

  1. Damaged or tampered packaging at the time of delivery
  2. Incorrect Specifications
  3. Incorrect Design

Return in Case of Tampered Packaging

If at the time of receipt, you find your order packaging to be open, damaged or tampered with, we strongly suggest that you DO NOT accept your order. You must ask the courier to take package back.

Return in Case of Incorrect Order

If you find that the product delivered to you is incorrect and does not match the design and / or size specifications provided by you, you must:

  1. Inform us about the discrepancy by sending an email to within 24 hours of order receipt.
  2. Email us a photo-proof of the discrepancy in your order within 24 hours at
  3. Send us back the order in its original shipping package within 5 working days.

How to Apply for Return

In case of any concerns, please send us photographs of the items to ascertain the reason for return which can be initiated from "My Account" section. Once the return is accepted for refund, you would be contacted by our Customer Care team for product collection. You will need to retain the item with all its seals and trappings (boxes, bags, tags, stickers etc.) intact along with the Original Invoice. Order Cancellation by Wallpaper Mart

Wallpaper Mart may, at times, be unable to accept certain product orders from its customers and may need to cancel the same.
The company reserves the sole right to refuse or cancel any order, for any reason. Some situations that may result in a customer's order getting cancelled include:

  • Limitations on the quantity available for purchase
  • Inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information
  • Issues identified by our credit & fraud avoidance team
  • Request for printing of any illegal or pornographic images

Wallpaper Mart may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

We will contact you through email or phone if your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order.
If your order is cancelled by us after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be returned back to your Card Account in 5 working days.

Order Cancellation by the Customer

  • Since all orders are one-of-a-kind and processed, printed and dispatched on-demand only after due confirmation by the customer, Wallpaper Mart does not offer the provision to cancel an order once it is confirmed and paid for by the customer.
  • The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Wallpaper Mart and accept the decision regarding the cancellation.
  • In keeping with the above stated terms as well as the terms of its Refund Policy, Wallpaper Mart is not liable to refund any payments made by a customer against an order that he/she wishes to cancel.
